RULES FOR DEAD IS DEAD PILOT CAREER MISSIONS ONLY.
The aim here is to make it as REALISTIC as possible within the limits of the game.
1) Dead means dead!
2) DiD missions to be nominated and agreed before hand.
Dead is dead based CooP style missions ONLY will be used, ie FNBF
3) A mission/flight MUST contain a minimum of 2 JG5 members for the entire duration for it to be counted as DiD.
Pilot stats on the server will be used.
4) If you bail out:
You MUST remain in your chute until you have reached the ground.
If it is in friendly territory, only then may you take another plane.
If it is in enemy territory, you will have to see the server results to find out your fate.
5) If you force land:
The above applies.
But YOU may fire a flare for your team mates to find you.
Then you will be classed as rescued.
So stay in your plane until found!
6) Kill confirmation goes as follows:
Take a screen shot at the end of the flight/mission after you have landed. And post it on the forum in the appropriate place.
(a destroyed message on screen will also count if witnessed)
Refer to Rule 3. Or use server stats to confirm.
If you have not landed within the game time, your last flight/kills will not be counted.
If you are force landed or in at chute at the end of the game. Refer to rule 5.
If you are killed during the game, none of your flights or kills will count, and your pilot career is reset.
7) Kill stealing will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances, if you come across a (Black) smoking aircraft, do not engage until you have been cleared to do so by your fellow squad members.
Other wise the kill will not be counted. (This is subject to review on a case by case basis).
